Salon Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: Full payment or an eGift Voucher code is required at the time of booking your appointment.

Cancellations/Change of appt for Group/longer Treatment Bookings: We require at least 4 days' notice to change or cancel bookings that are made for more than 1.5 hours of treatments or more than 1 person.

48-hour Cancellation Policy (for individuals): We require at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.  For bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the original appointment time, 50% of your payment will be retained by Hudson & Wood as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be added to your account as credit, unless you contact us to request a refund. For ‘No-Shows’, 100% of your payment will be retained by Hudson & Wood, as we will have no chance at all of filling the appointment. This policy includes gift voucher bookings - however, gift vouchers cannot be refunded, so the remaining 50% can only be used towards a future appointment.

eGift Vouchers: Whether purchased online, by telephone or in store, eGift vouchers are invalid after the expiry date - they will no longer work on our booking system. They are also subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy detailed above, with the exception of the refund that is also stated above.

Card Gift Vouchers: If a voucher was purchased before March 2023, then it will not have a booking code number & therefore cannot be redeemed online - only via phone or in our shop. It is also subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy detailed above.

 

We have decided to put the above terms & conditions in place due to numerous last-minute cancellations and no-shows that we have experienced recently. We are a small, independent business and cannot sustain these on a regular basis; they greatly impact us. We hope that this policy will help to ensure that we'll be here for years to come to provide you with lovely treatments. Thank you for your understanding and support.
