Salon Terms & Conditions
We have had to put the following terms & conditions in place due to numerous last-minute cancellations and no-shows that we have experienced recently. We are a small, independent business and cannot sustain these on a regular basis; they greatly impact us & our therapists. We hope that this policy will help to ensure that we'll be here for years to come to provide you with lovely treatments. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Payment Terms: Full payment or an eGift Voucher code is required at the time of booking your appointment.

48-hour Cancellation Policy (for individuals): We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you do not attend your appointment (‘No-Show’) or choose not to reschedule, the full cost of your treatment will be retained by H&W.
This policy also applies to gift voucher bookings.
Cancellations/Change of appt for Group/longer Treatment Bookings: We require at least 4 days' notice to change or cancel bookings that are made for more than 1.5 hours of treatments or more than 1 person.
Requests for Specific Therapists: We’ll always do our best to honour requests for a specific therapist, though this can’t always be guaranteed. If your chosen therapist is unavailable on the day, we’ll endeavour to arrange another therapist for you. (If we arrange a replacement the 48-hr cancellation policy still applies).

Gift Vouchers: Whether purchased online, by telephone or in store, our Gift vouchers are invalid after the expiry date - they will no longer work on our booking system. They are also subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy detailed above, with the exception of the refund that is also stated above.​​
